Design
Where Ideas Become Plans
This is where we turn your vision into detailed, buildable plans. A $2,500 design fee covers professional construction blueprints and the full planning process.
Details Meeting
We dive into key details like windows, doors, siding, roofing, and finishes so everything is clear before drafting begins.
Meet the Drafter
You’ll collaborate directly with our drafter to create the initial set of blueprints. Three plan revisions are included.
Intermediate Pricing
After the first blueprint revision, you’ll receive a refined cost estimate to confirm we’re aligned with your budget goals.
Final Blueprints
We complete and finalize a full set of approved construction plans.
Selections Meeting
A showroom meeting to choose your interior and exterior selections with our team.
Final Pricing
You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal for your review and approval.
Build Team Kickoff Meeting
Meet with your sales consultant and project manager at the build site to review plans, selections, and schedule.
Contract Review & Signing
We review the contract and specifications with you, formalize the agreement, and prepare to move into construction.
Build
Where Your Home Takes Shape
Once the contract is signed and the project is funded, construction begins. You’ll have a dedicated project manager and regular communication throughout the process.
Site Kickoff Meeting
Your project manager meets you on site to review site prep needs, utility access, mark the house layout, and walk through the building schedule.
Permitting
On turnkey projects, we pull the required building permits and handle all necessary inspections so construction can move forward without delay.
Construction Stages
We progress through concrete, framing, and the dried-in shell. Turnkey projects continue with mechanicals, insulation, drywall, paint, cabinets, and flooring.
Framing Walkthrough
After framing is complete on turnkey projects, we walk the home together to confirm cabinet, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing layouts.
Final Selections
On turnkey projects, paint colors and countertops are finalized during construction to keep the project on schedule and aligned with your vision.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the home together, complete final punch list items, and hand it over — fully cleaned on turnkey projects or ready for you to finish out on shell builds.
